Article Submission Guidelines
Manuscripts for consideration for publication must be sent by e-mail to the Editor, Mark C. Murphy, at:
Submissions, formatted as Word documents, must be sent as e-mail attachments. A one-hundred-word abstract must accompany all submissions. Submissions should conform to the printed format of this journal (except that endnotes rather than footnotes should be used) and should normally be between 3,000 and 10,000 words in length. Everything, including endnotes, should be double-spaced. With the exception of short response pieces in which authors are replying to criticism of their own work, submissions must be prepared for anonymous review. Authors will receive two gratis copies of the issue of the journal in which their articles appear.
Other editorial correspondence may be sent to the editor either by e-mail or by regular mail.
